ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Officials in the Dougherty District Attorney's office worked late Monday going over new evidence in the mysterious death of a 10-year old Albany boy.
Monday, the D-A finally got results of some forensics tests from the state crime lab.
10-year-old Brandon Price died last May.
His family said he became ill suddenly at their home on Madeline Road.
They took him to the hospital, but he was dead when they got there.
DA Greg Edwards wouldn't give us details of the results he got Monday
They're reviewing that evidence to determine whether any crime led to Price's death and whether anyone should be charged.
"Well we will make it as soon as we can in light of what we have and if there is a need to do any follow up investigation about anything else we'll see if that needs to be done as well," Greg Edwards, Dougherty County District.
