One of the most popular New Year's resolutions is getting into shape.
Many gyms offer special deals around this time of year when they tend to stay busier. Trainers say people have all types of fitness goals when it comes to getting into shape and shedding those pounds from holiday meals.
"They just want to work on their overall fitness, pursue their own fitness goals in life, lose weight, build muscle and just achieve overall fitness," said Richard Lawrence Stalvey, Tony's Fitness Consultant.
Stalvey says it's best to work out with a buddy to help motivate you to reaching your goals and make the workout more enjoyable.
