TIFTON, GA (WALB) - The North Pole Express made a stop in Tifton Thursday night.
Children of all ages heard Mrs. Claus read "the Polar Express."
Then they rode the train at the Georgia Museum of Agriculture to visit Santa.
"It's become a family tradition. I was riding the train with someone earlier and they said they come every year. It was originally started as a program to help save our train and has continued on and enjoy doing it for the community," said Lyn Johnson, Volunteer Coordinator.
Money raised from tonight's event will help fund the Museum's operations.
