ALBANY, GA (WALB) - It was a nearly sold out show at Saturday's symphony concert.
About 900 people showed up for their Christmas program at the Municipal Auditorium..
At the end of the show they had a sing-a-long for folks, and Santa Claus even made an appearance.
President Jim Bullion says the arts community is a good economic driver for the city of Albany.
“The whole arts community in our city is a real asset, both to the economic development, and the cultural and educational life of our city,” says Jim Bullion, Symphony Association President.
The Albany Symphony was formed back in te 1960's.
