CRISP CO., GA (WALB) - Sheriff's deputies say they solved at least one shoplifting and one gun theft case with the arrest of a Crisp County man and woman.
According to a report, Ricky Brannen Jr., 35, was arrested after authorities found stolen guns, meth and $2,000 cash.
Investigators said some of the guns were stolen in a burglary on Ware Road.
Brannen was charged with possession of meth. More charges were expected.
Deputies also arrested 38-year-old Heather Register. She is charged with two counts of burglary and theft by shoplifting.
Officials also recovered FrontLine pet products, a trail camera, a DVD camcorder, and a digital camera.
Investigators booked Brannen Jr. and Register in to the Crisp County Jail.
They said the investigation was ongoing.
