ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The trial of an Albany man, charged with firing more than a half dozen shots from an assault style rifle at an Albany Police officer in 2011, continued Wednesday.
Prosecutors say 35-year-old Rolando Frazier fired from 8 to 10 shots from an A.K. 47 at APD officer Dillard Glover, hitting his patrol car. Glover was not injured.
For the past two days, Glover testified in Fraziers' aggravated assault against a police officer trial.
Initially seven alleged gang members of the East Side Mafia Family were charged, but the other six defendants had their charges cleared in exchange for their cooperation giving evidence against Frazier.
