ASHBURN, GA (WALB) - You have another chance to catch a south Georgian who nearly won a national singing competition.

Austin French finished second on ABC's Rising Star.

He'll perform at the amphitheater next to Carroll's Sausage in Ashburn on Saturday, November 15.

Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.

"We're very excited for the weekend," said Carroll's Sausage Owner Hugh Hardy. "We're looking for a big crowd. We're telling everybody to bring their lawn chairs, and the gates will open at 5 pm so you can start setting up at 5 and we'll have concessions available."

A tenth of proceeds will go to Graceway Ministries here in Albany. You can get tickets at any Carroll's location and the Ashburn Chamber of Commerce.
