Camilla man seriously injured in Macon wreck

MACON, GA (WALB) - Gerald Butler, 23, is in critical condition at Navicent Hospital in Macon, after his Taurus was struck by a 2002 Ford Sport Track, driven by 24-year-old David Teasley of Macon.

Teasley is charged with DUI and Serious Injury by a Motor Vehicle.

The wreck happened about 1:38am Sunday at the intersection of Forsyth Road and Tucker Road.

Teasley was not injured, and was transported to the Bibb Law Enforcement Center.

Butler, a student at Mercer, is from Camilla and graduated from Mitchell County High School in 2010.
