Brown's body was found in the burned apartment in the 1700 block of Clark Avenue Saturday morning. An autopsy found that Brown died of smoke and soot inhalation.
Coroner Michael Fowler said "It's a great possibility that he was asleep. It doesn't seem like he was trying to get out of the house at the time. The way he was laying in the living room."
