TIFTON, GA (WALB) -

Investigators said 17-year old Vencorral Greene died after being shot in the chest around noon Saturday at a home in the 600 block of Tift Avenue North.

Officials believe Greene and two younger friends were in a bedroom playing with a gun when it went off.

There were other people in the house and police are questioning everyone to find out what happened.

Police have not said where they think the gun came from.

Green and the two juveniles in the room with did not live at the home.

They were visiting friends and family.
