ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Governor Nathan Deal and Senate candidate David Perdue spent the final day before the election flying from one Georgia city to another.

They both talked to supporters at Southwest Georgia Regional Airport.

Deal stressed it's important for Republicans to win all the statewide elections like they did four years ago.

"These individuals in their various departments, they do a great job of making us a team that works for the good of our citizens and I could not ask for better partners in the process and I want to thank them for that," said Governor Nathan Deal.

Polls across the state open Tuesday at 7 a.m.
