LEE CO., GA (WALB) - Lee County law officers arrested three people last night on Creekside Drive in connection with an ongoing investigation of Meth-making.
Thursday night, the Lee County Narcotics Agency arrested three more people with connections to Amanda Mason, Melissa Hall, and Earnest Ware and Christie Phillips, and Braxton Collins, who were all recently indicted by a federal grand jury for conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine.
Tracie Coston, 31, was charged with one felony count of Manufacturing Methamphetamine.
Jason Dwayne Jordan, 32, was charged with one felony count of Manufacturing Methamphetamine and felony Sale of Methamphetamine.
Justin Harris Vinson, 32, was charged with one felony count of Manufacturing Methamphetamine and felony Sale of Methamphetamine.
Justin Vinson also had a warrant in Cook County.
"I think we've shut this one down on Creekside Drive. That's our goal to shut them down and make them go to court and see some time hopefully through the court system," said Sheriff Reggie Rachals.
All of the necessary tools and chemicals to manufacture methamphetamine were seized from the residence.
In March and May of this year, Mason and Ware were taken into custody with more than a half-pound of meth, valued at $22,000.
Kenny Thornton of Bonifay, Florida was indicted by a previous federal grand jury for conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine.
Investigators said they expect more federal indictments to be made. The investigation continues, and at least one more warrant will be taken for an accomplice.
