THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) - Folks at the Barberitos in Thomasville are celebrating the last two days of Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a side of pink tortilla chips.
The restaurant is hosting a percentage day, in which 10% of all Thursday's sales go towards Kickin' Cancer of Southwest Georgia.
Barberitos has sold nearly 500 T-shirts-- with one hundred percent of the profits going towards breast cancer research.
"They may not be able to donate a large amount of money, but they can come in and buy a meal and know that they have done their part," said Jessica Jones Owner.
"And it makes them feel good and it makes us feel good. We know it's a good cause. "
You still have time to see how those pink chips taste-- the percentage day continues until closing time at 10:00.
