ALBANY, GA (WALB) - An Albany man who chose to represent himself while he was trial for aggravated assault was found guilty on all counts of two indictments.
40-year-old Cedric Pittmon was convicted Tuesday in Dougherty County Superior Court.
Prosecutors said Pittmon shot a woman on Slater King Drive in December 2011, and robbed and threatened two others at gunpoint.
The second indictment charged Pittmon with family violence and cruelty to children.
He will be sentenced at a later date.
