VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -

The Valdosta Fire Department is giving you an opportunity to help them celebrate breast cancer awareness month.

The fire department is selling breast cancer awareness T-shirts for $10 and $12. They come in pink or navy blue and have the Valdosta Fire Department crest on the back and the breast cancer ribbon on the front.

"There are several of our people, our personnel, that have lost people to cancer. not just breast cancer, but cancer has touched each and every one of us in one way or another," said Valdosta Fire Department Captain Ronald Skrine.

You can order the shirts by calling the Valdosta Fire Department at 229-333-1835 or by visiting here. Forms that have been filled out can be dropped off at fire station 1 or fire station 2.
