Dougherty Co. coach, para-pro indicted

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A Westover assist basketball coach, and para-pro at Live Oak Elementary School,  has been indicted by a Dougherty Co. grand jury.

Katessa Campbell faces charges of forgery in the first degree, and theft by conversion. Investigators say Campbell forged a document of another school employee saying she turned in $2,750.00, but never did.

Police say this money was collected by the players for apparel. The bill was eventually paid for with other athletic account money.

The case was brought against Campbell by Dougherty Co. School Police.

Here is a copy of the indictment-
