MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -

Police are asking for your help to identify two robbers caught on camera in a violent armed robbery at a Moultrie motel.

It happened in just three minutes.

Two masked men with guns shown in surveillance video approached two employees outside the Cocomo Inn and Suites in Moultrie just after 9:30 Wednesday night.

One of the victims, James Howard, was pistol whipped and then forced inside with employee Amber Alligood at gunpoint. That's when the robbers demanded cash, and snatched cigarillos from the store shelves.

"Two black males with faces covered, both had guns and told one of the employees that was there to get in the building and give him the cash," said Investigator Raul Leal, Moultrie Police.

The suspects got away.

Howard suffered a non-life threatening wound above his eye. He was taken to the hospital by Alligood after speaking with police.

Now investigators are trying to identify these two armed robbers. If you have any information that could help, you're urged to call Moultrie police.
