Grand jury indicts 3 in attacks at gunpoint

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Three Albany men have been indicted on 10 counts for attacking two men with guns and trying to steal their car.

Lamonte Mugg, Corey Wright, and Keyon Ponder were all indicted by the Dougherty Grand Jury for aggravated assault, and gun charges.

Prosecutors said the three attacked Kaminski Hill and Rakeill Thomas at gunpoint on June 23rd, and later tried to steal their car.

The three were also indicted for criminal attempt to commit a felony, because they tried to take the car.
