ALBANY, GA (WALB) - An Albany man learned he is facing several charges during his first court appearance Friday morning.
Joe Holden appeared before a magistrate after he was arrested at a house on 8th Avenue.
Police say it was a tip from a citizen that led them to that house.
Holden is believed to have taken items from a number of homes in northwest Albany.
Holden's charges include two counts of burglary and four misdemeanor charges.
Holden will remain in the Dougherty County Jail without bond but can request a bond hearing before a Superior Court Judge.
