CRISP CO., GA (WALB) - Two people have been arrested in the murder investigation of Jasperin Armstrong.
Rocquel Quinton Chavers, 31, and Rontavious Domonic Towns, 21, were arrested and charged with murder, felony murder, and aggravated assault, among other charges.
Armstrong was found dead on September 12 on Ferry Landing Road in Crisp County. Authorities determined that he died from a gunshot wound.
According to a report, investigators are still working on the case, as well as the case death investigation of Ashley Garry, who was found dead on September 7.
Anyone with information about either of these cases is urged to call the Crisp County Sheriff's Office.
Crisp County Sheriff Billy Hancock said the investigation was a joint effort of Georgia State Patrol, Cordele Police, Department of Natural Resources, and members of the State Board of Pardons and State Probation.
