Law enforcement agencies work together to solve Crisp Co. homicides

CRISP CO., GA (WALB) -

So far no arrests have been made in the two Crisp County homicide cases.

Law enforcers are working with about half a dozen agencies, including the DNR, the Georgia State Patrol, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigations to solve the two cases

Investigators tell us phones are manned around the clock and they have teams set up to follow up on leads.

About a week ago 27-year-old Ashley Garry was shot inside her 10th street home just outside of Cordele. Her body was found after she failed to show up for her shift at Cracker Barrel.

Crisp County investigators are also trying to figure out who killed 20-year-old Jasperin Armstrong.

A driver found his body FFridaymorning on Ferry Landing Road near Veterans State Park.

Both the District Attorney and the Assistant District Attorney were on hand to assist with search warrants and other matters.
