DECATUR CO., GA (WALB) -  Decatur County Sheriff's officials are searching for a man charged with child molestation and three counts of child cruelty.

Christopher Conley was questioned by Decatur County Investigators after the Department of Family and Child Services received word of possible abuse.

Investigators believe Conley could have fled to Valdosta.

Lieutenant Redell Walton said, "We contacted the U.S. Marshals. They have a fugitive task force.  And they will be doing that part of the investigation."

Lieutenant Walton asks anyone who knows of Conley's whereabouts to call the Decatur County Sheriff's office.
