THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) - A Thomasville man has been banned from a park after police say he exposed himself to walkers and joggers passing by. Ottis Forbes was arrested early Wednesday morning, and charged with public indecency, after multiple complaints to police.
Thomasville Police Department detective Scott Newberry says he wants to keep Forbes off park property.
"We want people to feel free to be able to walk around the park without being harassed by people like this. There's no need for the people of Thomasville to have to see anything like this," said Newberry.
Forbes was arrested last month for disorderly conduct.
Detective Newberry wants anyone who sees this sort of activity from Forbes to contact the police Criminal Investigations Division.
