Teen Challenge Super Thrift Store now open in Columbus

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

A new store is now open in Columbus, and it's affordable.

The Teen Challenge super thrift store is 10,000 square feet filled with 20,000 items including lightly used furniture, clothes, electronics and more.

Since 1986 Teen Challenge has put hope within reach for people in our community.

We spoke to executive director Bob Lee about the grand opening.

"Overall Teen Challenge has been in business for over 50 years," Lee explained. "Today we're at the grand opening of the Teen Challenge Super Thrift Store here on South Lumpkin Road in Columbus and we're excited because this is a place where we feel the shoppers can come and have a retail experience at thrift store prices."

All donations are tax deductible and if you have a larger item you would like to donate, they will come and pick it up for you!
