A Duncan police cruiser is parked in the back of the department with a back busted window and hole covered by plastic and tape.
"I was celebrating my 50th birthday," Lori Cody said.
Cody says she met the woman accused of kicking out the window on Saturday, Aug. 23.
"This lady just walked up the hill there and said 'hey I'm your neighbor,'" Cody said.
Investigators say that's when Cody and her friends gave Jocelyn Bailey an invitation to join the party.
"I thought that she was completely normal and then she just kind of flipped," she said.
Cody says Bailey cussed her guests and became vulgar with the men.
"We asked her to leave and she didn't want to leave," she said.
And that's when Cody and her friends called police.
"He placed her under arrest. She resisted getting the handcuffs on her," Duncan Police Chief, Carl Long said.
He says an officer cuffed Bailey and put her in the back of a cruiser.
"She was pretty intoxicated. She began kicking the window and kicked the window out," Long said.
He says the officer called for back-up and a Spartanburg County deputy came with another cruiser to take her to the county jail.
"He said her legs were all the way out the window. He put her back in the vehicle," Long said.
FOX Carolina talked to Bailey by phone and she said she didn't remember the incident at all. She says she blacked out.
