DOUGLAS, GA (WALB) - Defense attorney Jill Starling says that Diana Jacobs' bond hearing is set for Thursday at 9:00AM, in Coffee County Superior Court.

A judge previously denied bond for the licensed practical nurse charged with concealing a death at Rosewood Manor assisted living home in Nicholls.

According to Sheriff Doyle Wooten, investigators believe the body is that of Alexander Hunter.

Investigators say they went to the facility to question Jacobs. She then admitted there was a body buried in a shed. But Jacobs' Attorney Jill Starling says no matter what she said, it doesn't mean she committed a crime.Starling also said the first denial wasn't fair to Jacobs.

As the assisted living home remains temporarily closed, residents have been relocated to other facilities.
