MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - A new doughnut shop is in town.

Fractured Prune Doughnut opens its doors in Myrtle Beach on August 26.

The doughnut shop is known for offering guests hot doughnuts, hand dipped and topped to order. The first South Carolina location will open in at 6 a.m. at 201 Fresh Dr., Suite A, in Myrtle Beach.

The first arrivers will have a chance to win several prizes, according to a news release.

Giveaways include free doughnuts a month for a year, free t-shirts and free dozen doughnuts. The first 100 customers in-store will each receive a scratch-to-win card revealing their prize.
