MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - A suspect wanted in connection to a Memorial Day weekend shooting in Myrtle Beach has been arrested.

Keith Alextruss Williams, 24, of Lincolnville, was booked Thursday morning into the City of Myrtle Beach Jail on a weapons possession charge, according to Capt. David Knipes.

The gun Williams had, was not used in the triple homicide at Bermuda Sands on May 24, Myrtle Beach officials said.

Through an investigation, police found the pistol, which they say is stolen inside the trunk of Williams' car.

Williams was one of four people shot at the hotel. The other three victims died.

On Wednesday, during a press conference in Summerville, police released an enhanced surveillance video of the shooting.

The Bermuda Sands shooting was one of seven linked to the Atlantic Beach Bikefest that sparked a public outcry to put an end to the annual rally.
