Lexington Co. authorities seek two men who broke into vehicle, stole wallet

LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC (WIS) -

The Lexington County Sheriff's Department are looking to identify two men who broke into a vehicle outside of a home near Columbia.

Major John Allard says that the two men unlawfully entered a 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe and stole a wallet containing a bank-issued debit card. The two men reportedly tried to make a purchase with the card at approximately 1:20 a.m. on July 31 at a Piney Grove Road convenience store.

The wallet was reported stolen on August 1.

One of the men, according to Sheriff A. Lewis McCarty, had tattoos on both arms and both legs.
