A 17-year-old boy was shot three times at a Hermitage apartment complex he was visiting to sell drugs, according to police.
The teen was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said the shooting occurred around midnight at an unnamed apartment complex. The teen told police he had gone to the apartment complex to sell drugs.
The teen was able to drive back to his house on Hadley's Bend Boulevard before calling police.
Police do not have a description of the gunman.
