After 10 days, a fugitive's run from the law
Jacksonville, NC Police arrested Daniel Howell on
charges from the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office, including aggravated assault
against a family member and possession of a knife during the commission of a
Those charges stem from an incident on August
8 in Bulloch County. Deputies said he threatened to kill his children and then himself
before leaving town with them.
Howell's children were with him on Monday
when he was arrested. They are now safe with family.
Howell is being held in the Onslow County
Jail without bond. He will be in court on Tuesday morning.
