COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

A Columbus family is still waiting for justice after a Superior Court judge granted Donna Hutto another continuance.

Hutto was arrested in 2012 for involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of one-year-old Serahni Harper.

On Monday, Aug. 18 the family gathered outside the courtroom, and first responders and other witnesses were inside the courtroom along with Serahni‘s grandfather as Judge Jordan granted a fifth and final continuance to the defense.

Hutto was charged after Serahni, who attended her daycare, was found unresponsive and later died.
