MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -

The Moultrie YMCA Wellness Center has a new look.

The YMCA staff held a VIP reception on Sunday for their newly renovated Wellness Center after it was closed for four days. Board members and YMCA donors got a chance to test out the new equipment. The Wellness Center got a new paint job, the cardio equipment was replaced, and new mirrors were brought in.

"We're going to be hands on, we're going to be showing them how every machine works, giving group orientations,” said Trey Duncan, Wellness Director. “Really just bringing a new clientele we hope and non-active members to the YMCA."

The renovations are part of the YMCA’s “Renew and Refresh” campaign. The center's grand opening is Monday morning at 5:30 a.m. and there will also be a ribbon cutting at 1:00 p.m. They are also offering free child watch for parents. The Wellness Center will also be open on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
