Nunn goes on the attack

MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) - Democrat Senate candidate Michelle Nunn is going on the attack against her Republican opponent David Perdue.

Nunn was speaking to a group of supporters in Moultrie Tuesday afternoon. On the same day her campaign released a new ad that attacks Perdue for shipping jobs to Mexico and for closing two plants in Georgia.

Many of the claims were made by Congressman Jack Kingston during his failed bid in the runoff for the GOP nomination.

"We are also going to create a contrast. We are going to tell people about David Perdue's business record and we are going to compare it to my real life experiences and his real life experiences."

The winner of the race for Senate will take the seat for Saxby Chambliss who is retiring after two terms.
