Report: Huntsville teens robbed at gunpoint

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - Huntsville police are are investigating an armed robbery that happened overnight.

Two teens told police they were approached by a person they knew at the Citgo gas station at Pulaski Pike and Stringfield road around 10:30 p.m. on Friday.

According to the incident report, the offender offered to sell the boys a cell phone. They followed the man to an address on Irondale Drive.

That's when the teens said the offender pointed a gun at them and stole their money.

The victims drove home and called police.

No one was injured in the incident and no arrests have been made.

Huntsville police continue to investigate.

    Fire Fighters at Fire Station 2 reported that a man approached the fire station bleeding from a chest wound.  They provided first aid and called for EMS.
