Carroll's Sausage expands with Vintage and Antique store

TURNER CO., GA (WALB) -

A new store is planning to bring more traffic through Turner County.

Picking Peanuts Vintage and Antique Store is under construction.

The store will rent out spaces to dealers and artists to sell artifacts, antiques and other products.

The store is another business venture of Hugh Hardy, who owns Carroll's Sausage and is right next door to the meat market.

"We'll have it where we can ship out gifts out for people so they don't have to take it with them," said manager Sissy Hair. "We'll have an online shipping store as well."

The store is expected to open in October.
