Police search for man who fired shots into two vehicles

Police are searching for a man who fired shots into two cars in the El Rancho parking lot on Dawson Rd.

It happened Sunday around 5:15 p.m. Police said a black male fired several shots, into a Chevy Blazer. One bullet traveled through the back window, and hit a Chevy Impala.

Police are still trying to figure out a motive for the shooting. The owner of El Rancho said the man ran away after firing the shots.

Officials said the man was wearing a white tank top and dark gym shorts, and described as about 6'3" tall with the number "22" tattooed on his right upper arm.

Anyone with information is asked to call police or CrimeSTOPPERS at 436-TIPS.
