GOP Senatorial candidates plan fly-arounds

The two men seeking the Republican nomination for a Georgia U. S. Senate seat are on the campaign trail this weekend.

Jack Kingston and David Perdue will face off Tuesday in a runoff to determine who will oppose Democrat Michelle Nunn in November.

The candidates are vying for the U. S. Senate seat being vacated by Sen. Saxby Chambliss of Moultrie.

Perdue will land at the Albany airport FBO Monday morning, while Kingston will arrive Monday afternoon.

Both have statewide fly-arounds planned to rally voters.

Polls open at 7 am Tuesday and only people who voted Republican in the primary in April are eligible to vote in the runoff.
