THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -
As early runoff voting ends, US Senate candidate David Perdue campaigned in Thomasville Friday afternoon. He is currently on a 50 stop RV tour around Georgia that will end Saturday.
Perdue says bad policies need to be reversed in order to move the country forward. He says his business experience sets him apart.
"Problem is we only have about 10 US Senators that have business experience, with the crisis being with the economy, debt and jobs, I just feel like I could make a difference up there."
Perdue will face Jack Kingston for the Republican Senate nomination Tuesday.
The winner will go up against Democrat Michelle Nunn in November.
