Former Albany movie manager handed prison sentence

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -  The former manager of Albany's movie theater pleads guilty to stealing more than 50 thousand dollars from his employer....and will serve one year in prison.

Seth Donnelly pled guilty today to three counts of computer theft.  He was given a 20 year sentence, serving one year in prison. He admitted he used his access to computers to issue fraudulent refunds over a three month period.

Donelly has been ordered to repay $54,500 in restitution. 

 D.A. office and Albany Police officials have already recovered  $22,000 from six different bank accounts. Computers, office furniture, and electronics were also seized and awarded to the District Attorney's office and the Albany Police Department under the state's RICO attack as restitution for their investigation.
