ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Temperatures will be near 100 degrees on Tuesday in much of South Georgia.

If you add in the humidity, it can be dangerous to exert yourself outside. Several guys were playing ultimate frisbee at Darton State College in the heat this evening. One player said they make sure to drink plenty of fluids and stay out of the direct sunlight as much as possible.

"We try not to play for too long," said Daniel Hughes, Ultimate Frisbee Player. "When we take breaks we sit under the shade of the tree. We bring Gatorade and water and make sure we drink a lot or sunscreen."

Hughes says he tries not to stay out in the heat for more than four hours. He says it's important to know your limits so you can avoid heat exhaustion.
