After tearing his MCL, former Valdosta State offensive lineman Edmund Kugbila is hoping to get back on the field for the Carolina Panthers.
After getting drafted in 2013, the news came as a blow to him last offseason.
"Devastated because I have never been hurt before, all I know is how to ball," Kugbila said.
Now fully recovered with training camp a month away, he's determined to make some noise back on the gridiron.
"I've been trying, my legs feel a lot stronger than they did last year," Kugbila said. "I'm just ready to get back on that football field. We'll see training camp, I'm going to ball out and try and get my starting spot back."
Training camp begins July 26th.
