SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A big bounce in new business is happening in Springfield Township. The Springfield Town Center development at Airport Highway and Albon Road continues to expand.

A 27,000 square foot Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park will be built at the center by Industrial Developers LTD. The building will be Phase III of a larger 15-acre IDL project there.

Sky Zone was featured on the CBS show 'Undercover Boss.' The closest parks are in Canton, Michigan and Fort Wayne, Indiana. The operation will create four full-time jobs and ninety part-time positions.

"Having the site develop like this will close the gap on Airport Highway between Holloway Road and Albon, and create a stronger retail corridor down Airport Highway," said Stephanie Kuhlman of IDL.

Last week, Glass City Athletics broke ground on a new 22,000 square foot facility. Mancaves is already up and running since 2009. From the outside, they look like storage units. Inside though, you can do anything you want with them. Verlin Jackson stores five vintage cars here. He keeps his crème puffs bright and shiny, driving them out on weekends to car shows. It's Verlin's mancave.

"It's a nice place. I've got living quarters upstairs. I could live here if I wanted to," says Verlin.

IDL hopes to eventually bring offices, retailers and restaurants to the center.

"For Springfield Township, it's great. The traffic it will generate to this area. The amount of people who will come," says Kuhlman.

The Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park will open by the end of the year.
