This week city commissioners will take another look at a proposed ordinance to ban people from parking their cars in front yards.
The proposed ordinance has already been tabled twice.
We spoke with one resident who say sometimes people have no choice but to park in their front yard.
"We pay rent here we should be able to park where ever we want to park. If we park on the side of the road were gonna get a ticket for it because people most likely are not going to see the car ..They'll either hit the car and sometimes people don't have backyards so they have no choice but to park in their yard," says Albany resident Cambrea Mack.
Commissioners will meet Wednesday evening at the government center starting at 6 p.m.
