PITTSBURGH, PA (WPXI/CNN) – At least 20 people were arrested Saturday night after a country music concert at Heinz Field.

This isn't the first time the city has had a problem with concert-goers as tailgaters left a large mess behind after a Kenny Chesney concert last year. In response, the city handed out trash bags in advance of Saturday's concert by Luke Bryan, but the result was largely the same.

"Yeah there was a lot of trash last year," one attendee said. "Half was on them, half was on us."

A woman in attendance said the increased security surrounding the concert made for a safer environment.

"It's much better organized. There are garbage bags, there's a lot more security, which I think is important," she said.

It wasn't all smooth sailing, however, as police made several arrests on charges related to fighting and disorderly conduct. In most cases, alcohol was a factor and at least one man was taken to the hospital due to his intoxication.

"We've seen people passed out on top of cars," one women said.

A TV camera documenting the events outside the stadium also fell victim to the crowd.

There were reportedly long lines for bathrooms and trash was strewn about the parking lot. The available trash bags may have helped, but one woman said it was hard to tell.

"People cannot clean up after themselves," she said. "They hand you two bags when you come in. It makes the city look bad."
