The father of a toddler who died Wednesday after being left inside a hot SUV will likely spend the next month in jail.
Thursday night a Cobb County judge denied bond for 33-year-old Justin Ross Harris.
Harris' attorney entered a not guilty plea for his client who was charged Thursday with murder.
Investigators say Harris told them he drove to work and forgot his 22-month-old son was in the back of the vehicle strapped in a car seat.
He was supposed to drop his son off at daycare that morning and made the discovery Wednesday afternoon during his drive home.
Harris is being held in the Cobb County Jail. His next court appearance is scheduled for July 15.
