CUTHBERT, GA (WALB) -

A candidate for the Randolph School board is suing over the results of last month's election.

John Davis claims misconduct and voting irregularities caused him to lose the district one race.      He's suing the Randolph County board of elections and Lindberg Graddy, who won the race.

"There's nothing in this complaint that seems to be, that we would argue, that's sufficient to overturn the results of this election," said Randolph County Attorney Tommy Coleman.

Superior Court Judge Richard Porter will hear the case.

No trial date has been set.
