COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Men across the Chattahoochee Valley came together Thursday for a health expo held by TSYS.

It was in honor of men's health month, and activities included a relay race where men had to ride lawn mowers, push a wheel barrow and hammer together wood components.

Other fun things included an obstacle course, and of course massages, free haircuts and health screenings.

"We decided this year we wanted to celebrate and recognize men. We're doing a lot of medical screenings today - a lot of active events. It's just awareness for men about their health and to be engaged."

Participants also had the chance to win great prizes such as grills, tennis and golf equipment, gym memberships, gift certificates and more.
