Two people are confirmed dead in a Pavo house fire.
Chief of Police Alan Rowe said a neighbor spotted flames around 1:40 AM coming from the home on Main Street and called 911.
When firefighters arrived the house was fully engulfed in flames.
It took nearly 3 hours for firefighters to get the blaze under control.
Officials say a mother and son lived at the home but the identity of the victims is not known.
An arson investigator is headed to the scene.
