Police are investigating after someone used counterfeit money at the Woodall's convenience store on East Oglethorpe Boulevard.
Managers at the store say over the last 2 to 3 weeks, they've seen a lot of counterfeit money; mostly five dollar bills. They say if they discover a fake bill they contact police immediately.
"If we feel like it's not real than we'll get our pen, and it's a money marker, mark the bill, and if it marks black, then it lets you know that it's not real," said Manager Katrina Richardson.
So far police have not made any arrests.
